The experience was ok. Room condition was not good, door lock was not working didn't have any key. Tv was not working.

Terrible Stay

The two rooms were very dirty and the smell was coming from the washroom, which made it very difficult to sleep. There was no lock provided for the safety. Which made us very concerned and the smell was so bad, we couldn't even eat food inside the rooms

Totally unethical

The manager of the property asked to cancel the booking and pay him cash. When i refused, he started saying that he wont provide ac room and i need to produce rtpcr report. Finally i moved out if the hotel, as your customer service representative was also unable to help me for this.

Worst ever hotel

Rooms have no locks, lizards all over, condoms in some rooms, unhygienic toilets, no service. No refund policy after 100 percent advance paymend

Not a single amenities fulfilled by the hotel. Worst experience to stay at a hotel. And hotel staff naive hotel facilities. They don't know how to fulfil the requirements and gives a facility.
