It was a terrible experience of staying in hotel kenwood. Room pictures shown is fake and does not match with actual pics of hotel room.

On the date of checkin entering the bathroom i have requested to change pot leaking pipe. Next day morning bathroom water was not provided as they forget to fill overhead water tank night before.

Nice location, very good staaf, excellent services. Rooms are very clean. Only one rooms lcd not work properly but good enough. We enjoy it.

Nice location, good food, excellent service, clean rooms, very nice staaf. If you on the way to shimla or kasauli, i recommend this hotel to all.

Convenient location with average stay. Clean rooms with old washrooms. Just for sleeping. No other activity in the hotel.

Room was on 4th floor without lift and we have to go there by stairs which was very risky. The room which is showing on mm t app was totally different very bad experience and it's very costly as well so i want my refund back

Good - AC Room with Fan (not many hotels in Himachal have fan). MacDonald was walking 🚶distance to this hotel. What Could have been better- Food, most of the items in menu weren't available most of the time, also room Service wasn't prompt.

Rooms are stinking. They don't give drinking water, slippers and even clean the room. Linen also not changed in my 2 night stay. This is not a make my trip standard! would never recommend this hotel

The staff was very nice, courteous and gentle, we were stuck in the heavy traffic and the staff came from the hotel and rescued us and navigated to the hotel. Food was awesome and worth the money. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and ac was chilling. Location of the hotel is its best usp. All in all value for money.

Ken-wood resort is a very good resort. It was situated at a very beautiful location. Staff was good, food was awesome, room was spacious and good.
