rooms are very clean 👌 bathroom was also good but their service for food is super slow that is very disappointed for both morning breakfast on the buffet area and food is finished everyone is waiting for food for long time

Staff is very nice. Room is luxurious. Only 1 jacuzzi room is availiable, this is information to all. You can book this jacuzzi room at reception. Open restaurant, food taste is also awesome.

Location is very nice. Valley view is awesome. Hotel is fantastic. Room with balcony and morning view is great. All staff is very polite and kind. All over very nice.

I was not satisfied with the stay. A normal person spend a heavy amount for sense of relaxation in a wkend. The ac was not working for whole 2 days of our visit. Fan was making noise. Parking is a big big issue for hotel. A very steep parking, a normal city driver cannot do. Nothing to complain about food, food was good.

There was some initial confusion regarding the name, since we booked it as stonewood kasauli but found out that the name has already changed to ore n kasauli by the c time we arrived: mm t should’ve been more diligent on this. Once we arrived however, everything was very well taken care of, with the proprietor himself throwing in his share of hospitality. Special mention for the great evening of live music at their terrace restaurant: food and drinks were equally great. Be reminded that they serve only vegetarian food, although they let non-veg food be delivered to the restaurant if the guests insists. Breakfast was served in the room, not at the restaurant.

The stay at hotel stone wood kasauli was decent, but it felt like the management lacked professionalism. Although the rooms were clean, there were issues with the centralized heating and tv. Additionally, the towels in the bathroom were old and not properly cleaned. On the bright side, the food was tasty and didn't give any cause for complaint.
