Far from kasauli, it's in place called garkhal 3 km from kasauli no way near 4 start property. It should be rates 2 star or 3 star misguiding rated on make my trip nothing good, apart from room. No extra facilities

Hotel was good. Food was great. Only thing that was missing was that there were no activities like snooker or table tennis. There was no activity for kids. No swings. If these things could be added then i would definitely give it 5/5

It was bad experience with this hotel and location they mentioned wrong location and charged excess of amount, staff behaviour was terrible. Will not recommend anyone to go there please refund my amount otherwise i will complaint to senior authorities. 0 rating

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The rooms are nice but the food is not. Try not to eat in the restaurant of hotel.

Although stay was good, housekeeping staff was co-operative, but the food was terrible, not properly cooked, only 2-3 items in the menu for breakfast which was also had bad taste. And in the dinner we ordered, low quality uncooked food was served, rotten potatoes were used for french fries, kulcha was also half cooked. Very bad food experience in both dinner as well as breakfast.

Pros: staff is helpful and quick to help hotel is at nice location a little inside but worth going there. We booked breakfast and that is okay not much great. Cons: i suggest not to book lunch or dinner food was very bad. Chap cons: we booked dinner in advance it was very bad. I suggest not to book food there. Noodles were worst so overall dinner was worst another bad experience was when we ask for second cup of milk in breakfast they didn't provide, when you book buffet breakfast then i did not understand what the point of not providing it. We travel-led with an infant and things like milk were not accessible, so that was a bad experience.

Indie rajgriha hotel kasuali exceeded expectations with impeccable service and comfortable and clean rooms with breathtaking views. From the welcoming staff to nice tasting food, every detail showcased a commitment to excellence. Highly recommended for those seeking a memorable getaway from the mundane. However, the hotel is a little far from the main kasauli area (mall road, church, etc, and you would need to take a cab to get there.

Room stay is nice but food is bad is too badly cooked. Drinking water is also chargeable. Every thing is chargeable here. If you go for an outing in kasouli, hotel staff booked your taxi over costing like 1800 rupees for mall road just for 3 km distance and outside taxi amount is 300 rupees for mall road and bus tarrif is 5 rupees. I'm really unsatisfied with this hotel. If u are going for mall road kasouli don't book this hotel. Also this hotel situated in forest area really scary.

The hotel is newly built but bit far from mall road. But accessible. It's near garkhal crossing. Staff was very cooperative, the room(premium )was quite spacious but the balcony was a bit small without any sitout. Breakfast was very nice and great service. Recommended stay.

The location was scenic. Food was excellent. Rooms were very good. Ambience was very good. Service was courteous and excellent. Staff was very friendly and polite. Overall 5 out of five👍
