Average hotel in a great natural setting. Not worth the money it’s charging. Pawan kumar from housekeeping was amazing and most helpful. Most others struggled to meet requests properly or on time. Food is really expensive but nice. Many thanks to manager for accommodating our request to provide a convenient room for my elderly parents.

Its vast property with multiple activities to do. The rooms provide beautiful view of the valley. The staff were very helpful. They must provide ram everywhere to help specially abled person. The food was delicious and had variety.

Location, good. Food, amenities and services, poor. Prawns ordered as starters with a drink were i edible. F&b manager did redeem the situation a bit. This morning at 0545h, neither the in room dining nor the front office would take the call and l had to walk down to the front office to find the executive on duty, one mr rana, not on his desk. He then argued that his phone never rang and l could report the matter to his gm. Not a great stay overall.

I booked this stay for my parent’s as a wedding anniversary gift. The feedback i got from them is - the stay was nice. Food was good and the property in itself was good. However, they had a few inconveniences during their stay. Firstly, when they checked in the fridge in their room was missing a soda bottle which the hotel staff were trying charge from them during checkout. Secondly, the wifi wasn’t working and the hotel staff were a bit reluctant to help out. Thirdly, the toiletries (shampoo etc) provided were almost empty.

Low on staff during our stay. No one bothered to come for room cleaning, required numerous call to the desk for anything trivial. Worse on our last day room’s phone stopped working - they offered a room change but we were like heck. Even 3 stars hotels offer better services.
