Poor Stay

Suryavillas not a good place to stay too expensive for the kind of services and amenities they provide in the same price one can stay in a good 5 star property like hyatt and marriot. This price is just not nominal for the kind of property suryavillas is

Good one but needs much improvements in the room ambience.

It was good. However the ambience if the room, washroom cleanliness, room fragrance, room space, furniture in the room and amenities in the room could have been much better. It was not worth the price somehow. Best part of the resort was its staff, restaurant and location.

Suryavilas staycation

Our stay at suryavilas was comfortable. We found the property very beautiful but their staff at the reception weren’t very accommodating. However, the other staff members were genuine and helpful.

Location is okay but but quality of food is very good but room are very bad bad location badly handled staff taking very much time to reach rooms are not up to the mark old manufactured everything is jugaad in the room bathrooms are very bad lots of spiders in bathroom and living room unhygienic door locks are broken nothing in the shape of luxury which they are announcing

I am a strong believer in the philosophy that if you don’t have anything good to say, don’t say anything at all. The property has a market for sure, but it is definitely not for me. A little too expensive for the offerings is all. All the best to the property and the staff.

Not a good experience

Service issues are there. We checked in at 3 for 1 day stay and till 9 pm we were occupied with all repair works in room - fridge not working and the one replaced had so much loud noise that we could not sleep all night and finally need to shut it off. Ac not working. 1 staff driver is following guests and passing comments like hell. Shall not recommend at all.

Stay experience at suryavilas

Experience was very good. Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms and the property is very well maintained. Food quality is also very good and the breakfast spread in good too. Need to revamp two things primarily - the swimming pool needs to be temperature controlled and the games room need to well maintained and should have more game options.

Terrible; don’t come given the 5 stars and luxe status

The place is no where like the pictures shared, it’s so run down, staff is uncooperative and there was nothing in the room when i entered and had to make a big fuss before they place some decent furniture. Also the place has a horrible approach road and superbly difficult to reach so no one can leave. My father 80 yrs old was refused hot water bottles, he suffers from neuropathy.
