Stay was good, nice location. Formality in the name of kids play area. Food quality/ taste very bad. Amenities are like any 2-3 star hotels.

This place is must to visit for short weekend getaways from delhi ncr. The staff were polite & courteous and promptly responded to our requests. The food taste great, specially the south indian dishes & all the spread was worth a try. Basic rooms are decent (furnishing can be improved by adding wall panels or louvers. If you can pay extra then go for cottages with lawn. To sum up our stay was amazing. Thanks, to wh team.

It was surely a good property and like everyone wrote that the approaching road is surely small and broken. The food in general including the buffet was average. But the property in itself was a good place to unwind and enjoy the serene beauty of the place.

I stayed here with my friends for a night. Their room service and food was good but their restaurant was very poor. They did not care to pick utensils during buffet, crockery not available on tables, during hi-tea they did not ask to serve guests. When i complained to duty manager while check out, he just listened and gave very bad smile. I dont think in this manner this property will survive for long time.

Highly recommended! my recent stay at the welcomheritage santa roza in kasauli, booked through makemytrip with the assistance of ms. Ayushi, was an absolute delight. The reception team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, adding to the already stunning beauty of the hill location. The property itself is beautifully constructed, exuding a sense of peace and tranquility. It's a photographer's paradise, with picturesque views at every turn. The reception staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful throughout my stay. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its fantastic play area. From billiards and chess to indoor golf, ludo for the kids, and even swings, there's something for everyone to enjoy and relax. The food quality was exceptional. Chef mr. Praveen kumar deserves special mention for creating delicious meals that tantalized our taste buds. Overall, i highly recommend welcomheritage santa roza for anyone seeking a peaceful escape amid-st breathtaking scenery. The combination of a beautiful property, attentive staff, and a fun play area makes it a perfect destination for a memorable stay. Makemytrip's assistance, particularly ms. Ayushi's support, made the booking process seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

Good location, good food, good service. Excellent facilities, excellent charm. Two things disturbed me, the stench of garbage dump as you enter the main gate and absence of any first aid kit in the hotel. Even a band aid, or any other medicine was not available to treat a minor abrasion of my wife when she fell down inside the hotel while returning to the room after dinner

The road is very narrow, i feel scared, hence the access is very dirty. The staff and room are beautiful but the whole night was spent in trouble. The noise continued from 4 in the morning till 11:30 in the night. Another reason for not being able to sleep at night was that the quilt was very thick and hot. It felt hot when covered and cold when taken off. The exhaust fan in the room was making a lot of noise as it was broken. The food was good but first the paratha came rotten and then they made a new one. Overall it did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Yes! when they came to know that it was our wedding anniversary, they served a cake.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in entire kasauli. They have different category rooms starting from deluxe till suite. We were upgraded from deluxe room to a cottage and we can’t thank the staff enough. Had the best vacation there

It's nice and quite place to stay in. Very peaceful. Some part of it was still under construction but overall i would say if you want to spend best quality time with your partner, family or friends must try this location.
