Great stay. The property is conveniently located near the main market. Staff is very courteous. Food is great with both veg and non veg options. We had a very comfortable stay.

The premises is very neat and clean. The hotel and surroundings are very spacious. Stay was really pleasant. The staff was very co-operative. Food is costly, i felt. For some reason, i had to partially cancel my stay. Hotel staff co-operated the max possible extent. Overall, the experience of ananya regency is very good.

Good and decent hotel at this price. Clean and big room. Food also good. Only reason i am not giving 5 star is that even after asking for a hard bed, they didn't provide one. I was told they don't have harder beds. Every big hotel should have at least one or two hard bed options for travellers with back problems

The hotel is decent place to stay in kashipur but not a luxurious hotel. They really need to work more on the washroom cleanliness. The food is very good. So overall decent stay.

In addition to the absence of a hair dryer and the unwelcome presence of cockroaches in the bathroom, the hotel's limited breakfast options further diminished the overall experience. The trifecta of inconveniences results in a disappointing 2 out of 5 rating for the stay.

As we experienced as in radison, blue radison's etc. Here i felt the room was not opened since so many days. Smell was not ok there. No cinematic scene to see for relaxation. Waiter are not up to date.
