We had a nice stay, caretakers were nice, view was perfect, restaurant was nice, rooms can be improved it was expensive.

Terrible Stay

I had taken mountain pearl in month of february. Floor was freezing cold. We did take heater ok rent, 500 rs for one night. Also toilet seat was broken, it was not clean as well. Google location is not right. I tried calling them but no one picked up. 2 min hiking became an hour track because of the confusion. Honestly you can do much better with the prize that ats charges.

Luxury chalet is very small. Bathroom is even not sufficient to use. Not comfortable to accommodate 02 adults

The stay was peaceful and the location is breathtaking, but it will be better if information to reach the property is given properly and also since its way too cold. Better heating facilities will be appreciated.

The location was awesome and the view was amazing. Only feedback for all the resort owners if they can take care of the river side road. Ideal for youngsters or couples but it's difficult for the old people as the walking road is not maintained. Else as a resort to stay is very nice and food and service is also nice.

Hospitality of hotel is not upto the mark cleanliness is not good carpet has nails upward which pokes you curtains are not clean property is a bit overpriced for what they are offering complete.

Location is good but the hotel management isn’t. There was power cut and we had to wait till the power is back as geyser is out and we could not go out. We did not get toiletry in one of our room and we had to ask them again. Then while checking out the owner blamed us that we took a hand napkin with us. We did mention he forgot to put but he isn’t listening. He wanted us to pay before we leave. We had a hard time with him we even asked him to check our luggage but he is very persistent. We had to pay extra 200 bucks for that. It’s horrible on how he blamed us when we did not even take it. When he forgot the toiletries, it’s possible for him to forget the hand towel as well but he did not listen. Not a good experience i would say.
