As there was no electricity we asked for hot water bucket several times and waited 2. 5 hours but no service from hotel end. Also tv was not working, we raised request for that on glu, the housekeeping came to see the issue however they didn't react

Room was spacious but only problem is there is no room service available. Not even there is receiver in room. I stay in private room with balcony. And there is only two items in breakfast u can choose so here is also a limit. And don’t go with family and children it is only for adults and bachelors.

Basic facilities were not available even after paying so much price for a room we didn't even got a good heater they had solar heater which couldn't boil the water as per the climate. We waited till the checkout but geyser didn't work at the end we had to take a bath with a freezing cold water during extreme winters of kasol.

Great food, good vibes, location is on a steep road - can be accessed by car. My only suggestion will be that such a cold place should have centrally heated rooms and extra heaters available on request.

I recently booked a room at The Hostellers Parvati Valley, after confirming parking availability. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that there was no parking available. In fact, the road leading to the hotel was completely blocked, and access to the property was only possible via a difficult, alternate route. This was not mentioned anywhere during my booking process. After arriving in Kasol, I had to wait for several hours, repeatedly contacting for clarification. Initially, they assured me that parking was available, but later they denied ever making such a claim. Despite sending them snapshots of our earlier conversations, they claimed no emails had been received. After several hours of frustrating calls, ultimately stated that they could not assist further with the issue. To make matters worse, our car had to be parked nearly 2 km away from the hotel, adding significant inconvenience to an already stressful situation. The roads were so difficult to navigate on foot that we had to take a secondary path, which was challenging and unsafe. Additionally, the quality of the property was far below expectations. there were numerous issues. The room lacked hot water, and there was no room service. Guests were expected to bring their own water or refill it from a camphor station outside. The cafe was located in a separate building, requiring guests to walk a long distance to access basic services. Overall, this experience with Hostellers Parvati Valley was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Our trip was significantly impacted, and we felt misled by both parties.

It is at a walking distance from the bus stop. The amenities are good. The infrastructure is good too. They have an app that let's you request whatever service you require. The socket in my room was not working, and the cooler in my floor didn't have hot water, which was a minus. People were helpful and hospitable. The food was good. There is a separate restaurant in the terrace. Good food. Good management.

It was a really good experience at the hosteller. Beautiful property and very welcoming staff. The room was very cozy and there was heating as well. View is also very good.

Pathetically maintained. Rooms are very dirty and unhygienic. Walls pe thuk rakha hai logo ne. No locker or almari to keep your stuffs. Very unpleasant vibe in dorm rooms. And the road to reach the property is also not good.
