Non maintained dirty rooms-with poor facilities

Dirty rooms, broken bathroom fittings, torn blankets, tv not working, no dental kit, poor room service, no storage/hangers in the room to keep clothes, no dinning table and the list continues.

Property is very good but clean ness is very bed i stay 2 days in your property but no one person come in room morning for clean room and breakfast taste also not very good compare to your hotel

मैं यह तीन दिन रुका था बहुत ख़राब अनुभव रहा टीवी एक भी दिन नहीं चली जिस दिन रूम में रुका था वाटर टैप ही ख़राब था रूम सर्विस तो ढाबा पर अच्छा रहता है

The rooms were not maintained, there were damp smell in rooms, staff dont answer the calls and the room service was terrible.

Property location is excellent. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Complementary breakfast, though not well spread, but average. Can easily add some seasonal fruits to improve it. But there is issues with hot water in the bathroom. Only hot water comes through the tapes. Though it was addressed on intimation, i feel that it should be rectified permanently. Provided complementary drop and pick up facility upto banganga the jatra entry point

Stay was just good. Property was old and poor maintenance. Most horrible thing was very poor internet connectivity. We all had prepaid sim and totally dependent on hotel wifi facility which was pathetic.
