Stay was good. Rooms and washrooms were clean. Location is also just 100mtrs from the main market of srinagar(lal chowk. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Rooms were very nice & clean. Staff service at every level was excellent. Free pick-up and drop was also provided. Overall experience was nice.

When we reached in allotted room in hotel there is no soap, towels, and no cleaning inside room, water tab leaking etc

Food quality was very poor, room was dirty although new property but maintenance was not good. Not accepting card, demanding only cash. Kitchen was so dirty. Not making fresh food.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good. The place is close to the main katra market that makes it very convenient. Also, it is less than a km away from the railway station.

It’s a nice hotel but would like to suggest to treat the guest better as found the staff bit rude and certain things mentioned while booking are missing in the room no electric cattle and tea satchets where as they should provide tooth kit and nampkins in the room it’s basic. Overall it was a nice stay at good location they give pick and drop facility as well.

Hotel is in the Main Road and access to market is nearby. Good location for Mata Rani darshan.
