Room.are pathetic room was smelling like hell 😒 staff were non corporative drunked in night cannot expect any help from staff, I request yo change room the staff were taken by loggage our side the room and kep me waiting dor 2 hours, on top of it the staff taking alcohol inside the room only when I asked transfer by luggage 🧳 to other which is right thrown outside the room they taken lot of time even I partional take may luggage 🧳 to other room ...request you not suggest such hotel in futher wost experience ever it had

The stay was terrible, the managing staff did not attend us well and were not ready to give us rooms. They were telling to cancel l the booking and talk to make my trip, as make my trip had forcibly taken the booking at there hotel though the had no rooms available. They inf-act did not gave the booked hotel (girnar palace) rooms. After argument and requsts they gave us single room with two double bed sharing in different hotel named continental. The location of this hotel was very bad with worst ameneties, toilet specially was very dirty with no warm water and foul smell. The bed sheets were very dirty. Only two person were looking after the ameneties and wore having tough time to service us. The main culprit were the managing staff who were not present to listen to our requests. I think make my trip should take necessary actions against hotel girnar palace. And should refund our money. We did not stay at night in the hotel and went for darshan at mata vaishno devi temple at around 6:30 in the evening. Next day we returned around 6:00 in the evening and immediately booked holiday inn at patnitop and left the hotel hotel continental which hotel girnar palace staff had provided us as substitute stay. Really terrible stay, i think my money should be refund and make my trip should not work with such properties.

The hotel is situated little far from main road. Lift is not working. Bathroom doors are not getting closed. No towel ptovided.

Most pathetic stay, all fake ratings on mm t and google. I will never recommend booking a hotel on make my trip.

Had a very bad experience on the first day itself as there was no water available in the bathroom and also the landline and lifts were not functional. So to complain about water we had to run down 4 floors again and again and the water problem was s loved next day morning
