If you haven't seen the condition of room and book it with full payment, they give a room with suffocation and no ventilation by saying that other rooms are already booked. Gupta palace did the same with me.

The property location is good which is nearby to main market at walking distance. The hotel food is okay bcz we eat snacks only & didn't go for main course. Staff is okay. The rooms are spacious but if you opt for AC rooms then plz check AC working condition. The property is a 3 star property not more than that. Please do not expect too much from a 3 star property.

My mini bus driver was a local guy so issue but as per the commitment on mail the hotel owner is denied and not allowed early checking also book room not allotted my team

This is cheap hotel. There were hair on bed sheet. Tube light in washroom was flickering. Check my photos. No lift in hotel. No complimentary water bottle. WC was very old. This is like a Dharamshala not hotel. Not recommended at all.

Hotel located in main road. Rooms not cleaned and hygiene. Bedsheet was without wash/ dryclean. After many reminder staff changed bedsheet. I booked 5 room for family travel. I will not recommend this hotel for family. .

No hospitality manners & food &poor room service

As we reached the hotel, they weren't welcome, and looked not happy. Around 12pm we asked for lunch then they said lunch will be available after 2pm. When we again call after 2 pm they had not food. And there tv is not catching signals, only 1 local news channel coming no other regional channel signals there.

No lift service and everything is money for extending 6 hours i paid 1000, with no receipt. The location was good, the room was okay.

It was a nice stay for 3 nights and 4 days (13 to 16th april 2024) the hotel owner was very cooperative and responded very well. For sightseeing near katra vaishnavi devi (patnitop, sanasar, nathatop, nag temple & shivkori) he provided a cab facility at a reasonable price. Better place to stay for family, couple.

The staff was kind and helpful, but there was no cleanliness overall or any room service. Market place is close by but the temple is not as close and we paid 210- to reach the entrance itself.
