The overall experience was good as they have provided us early check-in due to the situation and quite supportive staff. Room was clean and tidy.

Location was good, but cleanliness is below average. Torn bed sheets, weathered furnitures. Washroom was clean. Water was provided on request. Tv didn’t work for two days. Staff was warm and courteous. Food was terrible. Got biryani which was like half made khichdi.

I have visited this hotel recently. It's a very nice hotel to stay in katra. The location is good and staffs are very supportive and helpful. They provide me sim card immediately after my arrival as my jio prepaid was not working over there. Sanjay bhayya is very helpful.

Bad service… Insects everywhere…. even in the food… service is also not that good… Behaviour of some staffs and manager is very bad… Specially manager..

Not a very comfortable stay. Had to change room twice due to room ac non functioning. The staff and manager are also not very cooperative, i find them a bit rude to the guests.

During my stay at hotel the room service was little sluggish and even the basic amenities was lacking in the room, toilets. The staff was not so courteous. Needs to improve upon this for customer satisfaction.

Property location is good, 10 minutes from railway station and 10 minutes from main Katra bazaar. Rooms and toilets a were neat and clean. We had taken our toiletries( soap, face wash and shampoo) as toiletries were missing. Room service was good. Very prompt and polite staff. Breakfast options were limited. They can increase the breakfast spread. Overall stay was good and peaceful.

Overall the stay was not good, staff behaviour was not at all satisfactory. This property lacks in providing very basic requirements of a traveller. I will never recommend this property to anyone. Staff is not bothered at all. I had to change my room two times as the ac was not working.

Family rooms are good. Food is good room service is average but average. I asked for room change as fan was not working. They fixed that fan issue.

The room and hotel was selected based on reviews there is no match between the review score and actual. The hotel room allocated was even having a broken window ac temperature setting need to be done manually and takes minutes of time and patience, even set will change. No dental kit or tea coffee ancillaries were provided
