Good hotel stay. Clean and nice room. Yahan strike hone ke time bhi yahan hotel me khana acha mila. Staff ka behaviour bhat acha hai. Koi problem nah i hui.

Location of the hotel is good but the facilities provided are below average. Size of the family suite is way too small and tv wasn’t working. Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food options were limited but the quality and taste was good.

Very comfortable stay and it is situated nearby katra railway station. Very good hospitality service at hotel. However, hotel is not providing pick up and drop facility to their guest.

No good facilities if you order food in morning you'll receive in afternoon very late food service room condition was good but no exhaust fan working.

should pay attention to this. Stay at this hotel was very bad. I had booked a deluxe room and a family room but i was given the deluxe room only. When i asked for a refund, the staff asked why i booked it. The room and bathroom were very dirty. Staff behavior was very bad. I recommend never staying at this hotel in future.

I couldn't find a single point that i could explain well. The room was very small, and the intercom was bad. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, looked like they were from a room worth rs 500. There was no facility.

Rats and cockroaches destroyed our belongings. Ac was not working properly. Dirty and terrible rooms

The facilities are okay. However i would like to request suggest 1. Facilities like tv and intercom which were not operational during our stay, may be made available. 2. The checkin and check out time may be made 24x7 instead of 12 & 11 am 3. The rental of the rooms may be kept on hourly basis or for 3/6/12 hours also. The above suggestions will surely give you the advantage of location for better business opportunities.

Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean. Location is near to railway station. Next to hotel, we having shop to take prashad and other stuff.

Hotel room are like 3 star hotel as mentioned, but wrong address updated on make my trip, also wrong hotel name updated, actual name is shree shakti hotel, address is reflecting on main railway road but actual it is under societies, food is ok ok, hotel is ok for budget trip.

There are so many rats in the room which ate our food ans bags. No proper maintenance. Bed sheets are not clean. All spider webs on the bed.

No phone was working at first i got a room there bidet was not working he said he dont have another one but he said he will give us another room in the evening was teribble

It was great and staff was supportive and food was good though but go for offline booking cause mm t charges extra so go for offline.
