Location is very convenient. No restaurant with the hotel, but kuchen is available for tea, toast or instant noodles. Tv not working, so cannot comment on that. Service is ok.

Hotel didn't know the booking so we have waited, and room is also not good, geyser is not working, we found cockrach in bathroom, room was terrible.

They dont have the room even after the confirmation and payment made by me. Though room is provided, which was not clean at all and bit smelly. Some insecticide was on bed, i had click the pics as well, and in tend to put social media

I suggest all to go for other options. Giving two star is not worthy. Very bad experience, very bad facilities and uncomfortable stay. I don't think that they should take even 3550 rs for two day's. I had uploaded snaps of room condition anyone can assume the room condition after seeing the snaps.

The room cleaniness is not good. Unexpected smell is coming from entire room. Also lift and landlines are not available for all the rooms.

Hotel is 2 star not 3 star rooms are with no space, table/chair, no almirah. No complimentary even water. It is said room with natural scenery but totally closed from all side. Not happy at all. Charges should be 50% less. It is your work to check the hotel you are endorsed.

This hotel is in ghe city but due to this at night and day there is so much noise. There is not a kitchen only you get is maggie, tea etc. This hotel is not that much value of money as you expect.

This hotel had a excellent welcoming pleasantries from the staff and ambience is beautiful. Room was moderately clean as expected for the value for money. As required, hot water, Entertainment unit and warm and cozy bed was all provided at the heart of the city. Well connected to local eateries, public transportation and ticket centre for Maa vaishnodevi darshan.

Though i had not spent more time inside the hotel, but i can mention that the room i stayed was not properly ventilated, the bathroom were very compact. But there was availability of hot water. Staff was good in nature. As such no major problem faced at hotel, but is a bit far from main entrance of the vaisno devi entry gate. No
