. I booked for 4 adult bedroom but they dont have. After formalaties they showed me the room that was really a how that property can asked for day. It don't deserve even 700 rs like dharamshalas. And i left the property, manage to live somewhere else. I want full money back of this booking.

There are many problem faced in hotel, flush of toilet sheet is not working, exhaust and wash wasin is also not working, i told the owner to repair then he told me that is resolving it, but not resolved in my 2 day stay

I found hotel location easily. I had only tea & coffi not food at madhu place. It was good experience. Amenities found average according to services provided by hotel. No initiatives for services awareness to staff. E very time staff need to remind to provide services. Overall average experience found. Regards, mahendra singh bisht, new delhi

Room was not clean and over condition was also not good. Seems like they have converted old rooms to look new, which still not mentained properly. Even bed sheet were also torned.

When i reached hotel room was allotted in that bathroom flush was not working. I complained no other room was allotted immediately. Secondly foul smell coming bed was broken, fan was working very slow, bedsheet was very dirty. When we complained no one helped in staff. And cheating was done by manager in terms of cash money. Don’t book this hotel all staff is very bad.

Very poor conditions in washroom cubbort flash not working washroom buckets is darty, small table is very darty. Hath se paani dalna pad-ta hai. Door bad condition, overall hotel madhu palace is bakwas hotel.

Pathetic stay without amenities

A terrible experience we had where the person not even provided the amenities as discussed i.e. at such a cool place no hot water was available. Not was supported externally. As per the image room even lacked cooler for which we paid. It all not ends here, while check out they charged us 500 extra than the already booked amount. His arrogant behaviour is what messed it all. Hotel is very deep inside. No vehicle can reach there.

The location of the hotel is upto the mark. Hotel staff are very polite and helpfull. Good service at all in this budget.

I did not get any check in on booked room. Hotel denied the check in as their rooms were already booked. And they simply rejected my booking confirmation from mm t and they did not even give refund. Mm t please issue my refund.
