Very well maintained property. What i really appreciate is accommodating i room much before scheduled time without asking any single question as i had early morning arrival. Hotel staff was very courteous. Another plus point of hotel is that it is at walking distance from katra station so u save a lot of time and money! thanks to wonderful hotel staff for very nice stay. Along with my mesmerising experience of visiting mata vaishno devi, hotel’s comfort will also be a memory of my stay.

Food is not easily available. All other amenities is very good. Location is very convenient. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel is near the railway station and bus stand. The room was spacious and clean. But the room service needs to be improved. There were no towels, soaps and toilet paper kept in the bathroom. But these were available on demand. .

The stay in mys-pace express pus-hap villa, katra was nice. Property is newly built with good infrastructure. Service was prompt and food was also tasty. It is very close to katra railway station and 1. 2km main katra market.

Horrible is the only word that comes to my mind. Pathetic service. No amenities provided as was mentioned in the room amenities. One had to ask for supply of hot water in the bathroom. And that too was not provided. Rooms were not up to the mark. Bed linen were not clean. Provided towels were wet. Wifi was so slow that even 2g seemed better. Totally dissatisfied with the stay. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Horrible

Neat and clean property. Reasonable for a day or two stay if you are visiting katra. Room service is bit slow but can be ignored. Rooms on first or second floor are preferable mainly with view of smvd.

My experience was very bad. The rooms are a lot dirty and untidy with damaged washrooms. The pillows cover were a lot untidy and didn't expected such thing.
