The rooms were good and the service was great. I had a good experience over there. Staff of the elite were really helpful. I will recommend to everyone who are visiting katra in this year.

The room's are posh and clean. The toilet's are also clean. The distance is very far from railway station. They have to use the mat.

Little far from bus stand. The towel hangers were broken, there is no water in tabs when we woke up in the morning. The care taker told about that then after 15-20 minutes problem solved.

Everything is good but as a cold location the hotel should arrange a heater in the room. Otherwise everything good

My stay at the elite in katra was comfortable and the staff was polite. It was near the main market and all the necessary things were available at walking distance.

I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY AT THE ELITE. BOTH THE PERSONS ENSURED THAT WE GET EVERYTHING REQUIRED. THE ROOMS AND WASHROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. THEY HAVE IN HOUSE KITCHEN AND YOU GET EVERYTHING FRESH. WHATEVER IS THERE IN THE MENU, YOU ORDER IT AND THEY MAKE IT FRESH WHICH MAY TAKE THEM LITTLE TIME HOWEVER YOU WILL ENJOY ITS FRESHNESS. I WENT THERE WITH MY FAMILY AND EVERYONE ENJOYED THE STAY. ITS ACTUALLY 8-10 MINS WALK FROM MAIN BAZAAR. THEY HELP YOU TO COMMUTE TO BAN GANGA AND RAILWAY STATION AS WELL AT A VERY NOMINAL PRICE OVERALL IT WAS REALLY AMAZING STAY....!!!! THANK YOU MR VINOD JI AND I FORGOT THE OTHER PERSON NAME.🙂

The property is good, a bit inside from the main road. The owner/caretaker was decent and helpful. However, i was not informed of the cab facilities that they can help with and had a bad experience with the local autos. Pols refrain from taking autos and talk to the manager and he can assist you with the cab/outstation taxis.

Location is not on the main road, it's quite difficult to track the property and the rooms are so small and uncomfortable as there is no balcony or ventilation point.

1- pick and drop to the respective railway and bus stand are chargeable. 2. No complementary drinks, tea coffee was served 3. Fresh towels are provided on demand only. 4. Wifi free available 5. Tv, ac and geyser available subjected to electricity 6. Location are average 7. Able to arrange cab services for sightseeing like shiv khodi and patnitop etc. 8. Early check in permitted 9. Quite deficult for late checkout. 10. Self kitchen foods are available at reasonable prices with good quality. 11. Daily cleaning of rooms, door mat change, bed sheet change and fresh towel providing more value.

The elite hotel is located near ginger hotal, it is best for family and couple. I stay here with my wife, there is no any problem faced, room and bathroom was clean, drinking water also available, hotel owner and staff's behaviour was do good and polite, my wife had been sick after vaishnav devi darshan, he suggest me best dr. And provide his car to reach hospital. Overall best.
