Location was fine But the staff behaviour totally unprofessional specially the Manager It was like he was giving favour to us to stay in the hotel Television not working On giving complain no one attended it saying signal issue Haan 😊😊 Pls avoid the hotel .

The maintenance was very poor and rooms were not clean. The shuttle was not provided for pick up and drop to railway station

Decent avg looking hotel, proximity to railway station is major pro, and the staff. Owner mr. Ankush himself sees the guest personally and suraj night staff is really courteous n helpful. Though i found the property a lilo expensive. But the staff made for it.

Amazing stay and welcoming staff. During my stay all my needs were properly taken care of and the location is also good you can see mata vaishnu devi mountain from your balcony. Thank you for this amazing experience

Lack of basic amenities like no toilet paper, no kitchen, u have to go outside for eating. But staff is polite

The hotel was good 👍 except there is no facility for lift After completing 35 km vaishno devi yatra track It's very hard to do updown from stairs

The hotel was not having car parking for us which was bad and we had to pay ₹400 extra to park our car somewhere else.

Property is at walking distance from railway station. Room is satisfactory. No toiletries so please carry along yours own. No restaurant in property so for morning tea and food you have to go outside and one restaurant mama vaishno devi is at 20 steps from property. No tea kettle or tea ration. Staff is very polite. Manager mr ankush is very nice. They provide complimentary pick up and drop up to entertain point of vaishno devi bhawan based on availability of vehicle. Railway station is at 5 mins walking from hotel.

Booked three rooms at the hotel. Second time using the same hotel. The stay was good and also the dinner on the second night. We used the user only for a second night as the first night the room was used for keeping our luggage. We were on a pilgrimage trip to vaishno devi temple along with other temples in katra. The staff at the hotel were very courteous. The only problem we faced is that ac in one form was not working properly. The weather in the city is very warm. The hotel arranged free transportation to drop us at banganga where the trekking starts for shrimata vaiahni devi temple and also to the railway station for our return journey to delhi.

Everything including the welcome by the host, cleanliness, room service and the use friendliness was not what u usually find in katra. Very good find, most economical place to stay in katra

Stayed in may 2023. Hotel is good. Food was okay. Service is good. There is no lift though. If they install a lift, the experience would be better.
