The hotel location is good, but the food is not that good. Also they charged me additional money for early check-in hence it is not value for money. The good part is a small park at the backyard

Convenient location and comfortable stay at reasonable prices. Was a little difficult to find the place as a first timer. Many rickshaw and cabs drop you on main road and you have to walk the about 100 meters up to the hotel

It was only average though the location is good but the approach to the hotel is bad. Rooms are not maintained. Washroom latch was broken. Generally not a place where i would want to stay again.

It was an average experience during my stay at hotel. Tea is good. Some noise pollution. Nobody picked phone at 5am in the morning, so i had to carry my baggage from room to outside the hotel.

It is not attached with the main road, you need to take a few steps inside the bylane. Food quality is good and staff behaviour is also very good.

The stay was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a part of the package and was excellent. The hotel is located in a very significant area. The only negative aspect was that the tv was not working in the room. But that was our least concern

Stay was wonderful. It is a budget excellent option to stay at Katra. the location is near to main Katra. Yatra parchi counter is near to hotel.

The property was dirty & there were plenty of cockroaches in both the rooms. Had to call the staff thrice during the night to spray into the room.

A wonderful experience. All the officials and staff from the hotel are amazingly well maintained and well mannered. They are well cultured. They seem always ready to serve their guests. They are amazingly good. The hotel is situated at the prime location near bus adda. The food and beverage they served are also very nice. A stay to be remembered.

When we booked cab after the reached at jammu and cab driver was already know about the hotel. So we did not trouble to find the hotel.

The hotel was expected to be much better. There were no bathing essentials in the bathroom. Bedsheets and blankets were not as fresh as expected. Overall it was not a positive feeling.

Had a descent stay in the vaishno devi hills hotel, we had a family room with 2 double beds. Hotel is in a narrow lane from the main road but could accommodate our innova cab, staff was friendly, tried their breakfast - alloo, gob-hi paranthas with tea - service was fast, taste was ok. Only issue we had was that there were a few small cockroaches near cupboards, seems hotel has a plan to get rid of them can get autos easily like any other place in katra.
