we were a family of 4. the room was spacious and there were 4 separate beds for each member. washroom was bearable. the hotel being on the platform it self is a blessing. yatra tickets are also issued on the premises.

The staff was really not cooperative. They not even helped us in getting food as we had to travel to mata vaishno devi early morning. Our food coupons got wasted and we had to purchase and eat. Rooms were not clean as we expected.

The stay at irctc guesthouse was very comfortable. The room was neat & clean. Above all the location was excellent. The whole complex was having numbers of eating joints and shopping centres. However there is an always scope of further development.

Please check rooms before booking, i booked room which had 3 beds but no washroom attached but had a common washroom (sharing. I paid extra amount to shift to 1 bedroom with attached washroom. Makemytrip should ha-be mentioned this while booking.

It is an accommodation with six single beds. Neat and clean. Provided with complementary breakfast coupon con: no attached bathroom. Although ample common bathrooms were available food at the irctc food court not good

Very comfortable stay. Irctc provided free to & fro drop & pickup upto banganga and free breakfast. Location is very convenient as adjoining railway platform

It was a great stay. The drop and pick services to darshan of mata rani was excellent. The one suggestion i would like to give that to the door of delux ac room should be changed to opaque (wood) than transparent fitted with glass.

Hi team. It was a great experience. The hotel was very good and the services were also very good. But the food cost is too high and the quality is also not up to mark. You have to improvise it, apart from it hotel attendants are very good. The room is very clean and maintains the hygiene.
