The room was congested and smelled very bad. There was no air circulation. The towel provided was wet and smelled very bad. It was used by someone and not cleaned. How could i provide images after 2 days of my stay.

The room and bathroom were not cleaned properly. Tiles and wc were all dirty. The building looks pretty new but they are not taking the effort to maintain it well.

Comfortable stay. Very good atmosphere. Neat and clean. Couple freindly. Safe and secure. I like the room size and features. Speacially recoptionist dealing very cool. And they provide filtered drinking water and soap toothpaste brush shampoo etc. I am travelled. Booked many hotels in makemytrip. This is the very best i have seen in till the 2024. If any visit in kattappana. I will choose this hotel. I hope the team dream suit to keep this features to satisfie others. Thank you.

No restaurant, no mineral water supplied. Area is also not felt safe. I was travel-led alone for my official works. Room is on under ground. Not felt so safe for a lady to stay.

An absolutely amazing hotel stay! Impeccably clean room, luxurious amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and the attention to detail was impressive. Comfy bed, excellent service – an all-around fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
