    A good weekend getaway place . With warm staff, good food and great ambience. The rooms are done up really well .

    They should firstly reduce their star rating from 5 star to 2-3 star property. It doesn't look like a five star property at all. The amenities are way poor. Mattress was not a king bed. Infact it is divided in the between. Room looks super old with old sofa and old almirah. The toiletries are too local to even use them. Sleeper quality is so poor that you can feel the floor. It is that thin. And importantly, the BREAKFAST- there is one veg dish in the buffet. I was shocked to see and on top of that the caretaker over there - her name is pirkko- she informed us about the breakfast timings and her attitude is just pathetic. She said we try to finish the kitchen by 9:30 am. It's the most idiotic thing I have heard. Firstly, you are not giving a breakfast which is worth the money you charge and secondly there is hardly any people in their property. It is stupid to give so much money to them to stay. Completely not recommended. Also we have taken pool villas, the pool is dirty and full of leaves. They don't start filteration process of the pool and it's super cold. They should at least provide cleanliness if not a warm pool. We asked to show the plantation of cardamom in the resort and the guy took almost 25 minutes to show us, however the garden is just 100 m away. The guy was not interested in showing the garden and asking again and again if we want to go somewhere out in thekkady so that he can skip his task.
