I was there for one night. Room has no maintenance. Taps leakage. Flush tank has no water. Stinking smell in the room. Staff behavior is worst.

Room was clean. Staff servicing was slow, had to call multiple times to get things done. Felt like over priced. Food and hygiene was really bad. Thank god we didn't order food. The staff just left open all the dishes to flies and other pollutants. The dishes were just beside stairs and all the dust from shoes and stairs would fall on the dishes.

Yesterday i booked room in rest-in, khammam. Room maintainance is poor. They are maintaining restaurant business good. But least priority for staying guests.

Location is easily accessible and rooms are also decent in terms of space and neatness. Staff could have been more polite and courteous and prompt. If you are looking for an early check out or check out in the early hours, then you have to do it all yourself.
