It was a twin bed room and matterss on one of the bed wasnt proper. Also, it would be great if they did some sitting arrangement in their balconies.

The lunch was not so promising to me i think they can better arrange inspire the dinner and breakfast was much better option. The cleanliness was room that much good. They check in process was time consuming

The location, amenities and food is good. The service is terrible to say the least. Whether it is the bar or restaurant. The staff is not courteous and there is a lot of delay and waiting for any order. We will not visit again

Best part is food. The dinner and breakfast buffet, both are top notch and value for money. The amenities are decent enough for the limited space that they have. We booked 2 rooms but they were not able to provide them on same floor. The bigger problem is that they do not allow lift access to any other floor, so it gets difficult id you have booked multiple room. Rooms are decent but services are very poor. Room did not have bath towel. We called guest services from the room for the same but and no one turned up even after multiple calls.

Food, spacious room delicious food and multiple options in buffet. Near to imagica. Walkable distance for elders and children for aged people the wheel chair drop to be provided.

My 1st lines for mr adil shaikh ji, he is just so amazing. He made our stay memorable. In-spite of a full house he and his staff did everything to make guests comfortable. Imagica did not impress me much but it was adil shaikh & his staff who brought smile to our face. Thank you adil ji & novotel.

Upkeep of the hotel room - terrible in room house keeping service - very terrible - no soap, no shampoo, no napkins, no coffee, switch doesnt work, kettle dirty, despite asking 8-10 times housekeeping staff never delivered the missing items in the room - no water for 5 hours i had to go down to complain to manager and only then after another 2 hrs water was delivered

The rooms are not well maintained. Beds have bugs, bed sheets are not clean and towels were not washed. They charge a premium for the location and don’t even provide toiletries!

Initially, the gps location was incorrect. Upon arrival, we had to unload our car ourselves, and no welcome drink was offered assigned us a subpar room. Meanwhile, our friends received a room with a balcony.

I had made the booking through mmt. And by mistake i had booked twin bed. Ms. Prity at the hotel reception, on my request had changed the room to king size bed. I am very much thankful to her. Excellent food. Excellent service.

I booked the room for 2adults+1child (13 years. But the room allotted to me novotel imagica was two separate beds. Imagine how pleasant would have been the experience. I was told by the hotel that you only did the wrong booking of "twin beds. If there were 3 people you should have booked the double bed. So, it was my fault, hence no effort was made by the hotel to make my experience better. i entered that i'm booking the room for 2adults+1child. I should have been offered an appropriate room. Anyways, my family had a hard time. By the way, the morning breakfast experience in the hotel was superb. The set-up and overall arrangement was almost like a party. Too good.

It’s amazing property & got roadside view room. Early morning sunrise is worth to watch from my room. Break fast was too good than dinner with variety of options. Playing area for kids need to increase at novotel, khopoli. Imagica surprise dance from the team was too good to watch. Kids enjoyed a lot. My trip was 1 day trip for leisure, but it quite relaxing, refreshing & enjoyable. Went for my spouse birthday & she like the surprise including properly, food & breakfast n location. No plastic is used at property. Looking after sustainability, it’s great initiative also, whole property is smoking free, that is commendable. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you mmt !
