the hotel is much better than expectations i will recommend others to visit this hotel. hotel premises are hygienic and. food is delicious , i enjoy it a lot in the pool too🙈

Location and outside view was good, but property is maintained properly. Room size was also smaller. The timing of opening of resturant is 7. 30 am and no arrangement of tea was provided in room. However food both non veg and veg was very good. Breakfast was also nicely cooked.

Food is ok. But bathroom setup was weird, congested. Another side lift's display was not working. While going through lift we want to go down from 2nd flr. But we didn't know are we going down side or upside. And somebody mide be pressed 3rd frl. And we reached 3rd flr. Door also doesn't have glass or transparent to see out side. Other things are fine. Easy to reach. Sufficient parking space.

It was great experience. Staff was really good enjoyed stay with our family. Food quality is super location is traceable in maps. It's nearby from main road, beside main road. Overall good

We are very angry with mmt. The hotel page said breakfast is included but mm t ticket did not write it so. Hence we had to pay separately. The hotel staff treated us as unwelcome d guests saying they didn't have rooms but mm t booked it despite. This is very unprofessional of mmt. We will be taking some action soon. Stop fancy advertisements rather work on your management and coordination with the hotels.

Swimming pool was nice. Staffs were friendly. Food was good. Had a good time at hotel. Location is also good and imagica is also 5-6 kms

Booked through mmt but it's more disappointing that mmt chose this property as its channel partner. It's ridiculous. Uncleaned bathroom unhygienic bed sheets very small room in the last corner of the resort. Sorry so called resort. Complaining on front desk they ask another 1000 - to change with better option. Even we paid 3750- already. Food in restaurant is tasteless and useless breakfast is so so.

Quite good experience. Breakfast could have been better. Rooms could have been more cleaner and amenities such as towels should have been provided and not given upon demand

No latch for bathroom door no exhaust fan & broken window of bathroom malfunctioned air conditioner. Tv was only for display purpose. Booked deluxe rooms but the rooms were not even worth to be called as standard ones

I booked couple room but they gave me the single beds room which is unsatisfied. After argument they give me a couple room. No towels in room. No handwash in bathroom. Bathroom door is not able to close. Tv are too small. Overall unsatisfied in this price range.

Restroom with zero hygiene, the blankets are full of stains, torn out towels, they don't even wash the serving. It is do un hygienic way serve. Food tastes are very bad with little optoons
