The hotel is 200m away from the ellora caves. It has huge open space, great play area for kids, good restaurants. The hotel is super value for money and really offers a perfect stay at ellora.

Property location is excellent. Very large campus. Hospitality is good. Every staff is helpful. Santosh ji ( manager) was ready to help any time. Very dedicated to resort. Restaurant food good, better to say excellent. Room was clean. However some upgradation is required.

Rooms are spacious but badly furnished!not even. No night lamp no shower, hot water supply left to god's will solely depending on sunlight.

1) there is no clean in the room. Dirty bedspread. 2) lots of insects in the toilet. 3) there is no hot water. 4) staff is not friendly. 5) there is no kettle in the room. 6) i won’t recommend.

Cooperative staff, clean rooms, friendly ground staff. Housekeeping and 24 hours service made my experience awesome. It's near to ghrishneshwar jyotirling mandir and ellora caves. Both are walkable distance like 5 mins away from the hotel

Ambience is good surrounded with sahyadri mountains. Good weather around the hotel. Especially dawn looks good with the mountains al around. Had a pleasant stay. Room service is good as it is having a restaurant with continental dishes too

Old world charm. Don't expect a swanky modern amenities, but excellent location, clean, amazing staffs and good food. The cottages and views are icing on the cake.

This resort is peaceful with beats view from their garden. One side ellora and other side the mahadev jyotirling, what else one can demand. The food is really good and the staff is polite and courteous. So is the management. This is my third stay there and don’t even think of finding other place.

The property is beautiful and rooms are average. They could do better with room service and overall service as well. Food is average. The best part is the proximity to ellora caves and grishneshwar jyotirling. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Pros: Location Cons: 1.The water flow is very low in the bathroom and its unhygienic condition. 2.Brush and taste not provided as you have to carry however its mentioned toiletries will be provided. 3. A/C doesn't cool the room. 4.When you raise your problem it will be ignored as their main customer is foreigners whom they can make fool. 5.Food is too bad to designated as I got vomiting after having food. 7. I would say govt hotel is better then this hotel. 8. No hot water supply in the bathroom and you have wait longer for solar water

The location was great and place was beautiful but the rooms were average. They could have maintained the rooms more. The service was great and they were very hospitable. My favorite thing was view around the resort. You can see ellora caves from here and it's just 50 metres from hotel. The resort even has a beautiful garden.

Most peaceful and relaxing place to stay at. The beautiful landscape and serene atmosphere helped us relax. The proximity to ellora caves and grishneshwar mandir are a plus point. Room service was terrific and served delicious food as well. All in great location, great atmosphere and peaceful place to stay while site seeing. Thank you everyone at hotel kailas for making our stay comfortable and memorable! highly recommended to stay here!
