Property location is very good but food is not up to the mark. During day time nothing to do as it's too hot and no activities in resort. Evening and morning time is best. Food is not tasty and no options are available.

MPT Hanuwantiya Resort is beautifully located on the edge of a vast reservoir, giving the impression of being by the sea. This expansive property is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life. 1. The resort features 10 well-maintained cabin huts, artfully arranged near the lake's shore. From the balcony, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake, which stretches over thousands of acres. 2. The cabin huts are spacious and well-kept. 3. The property boasts a lush green outfield in the center, perfect for spending your day playing cricket, badminton, or other sports. Be sure to bring your own sports equipment, as there are limited activities available at the resort. 4. A small, well-maintained swimming pool is available, providing a delightful spot to relax with your loved ones. 5. The restaurant is well-equipped to serve guests, offering delicious food with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. 6. The staff is courteous and always ready to assist. 7. Motorboat rides are available throughout the day, with prices ranging from ₹200 to ₹4900, depending on the type of ride you choose. 8. We visited hanuwantiya in the month of september & as it is the ending of rainy season everywhere it was greenery. We were lucky enough that we could see all the gates opened of indira sagar dam on the way. Mp t hanuwantiya resort is situated just on the banks of the submergence area of the dam. It is a very beautiful property with very big garden & lot of walking space. The wooden huts are beautifully built and very well maintained. Boat club is just by the side of the property & here we can enjoy ride of speed boat. Food was good & tasty, overall i liked my stay here.

This is a great peaceful place. I visited there in the rainy season. The cottage has a perfect view of indira sagar reservoir from the room having a big glass window. There is a balcony also to enjoy the same. The nicely built wooden structure rooms are clean, 24 hrs water hot and normal. The package of room booking is included with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The taste of food is good. There is a small size swimming pool inside the property. Having kids area also. The behaviour of staff is good. Please be mentioned that there is no market in near by area please bring any required item with you while arriving. *this is a non crowded place and visiting the off season you may feel bored or peaceful depending upon the individual. *visiting from the indore in the rainy season please avoid the roads from indore to sanbad( specifically indore khandwa highway) are pathetic you may also suffer in jam.

Went to hanuwantiya on a short trip over the weekend. The stay at mp t resort was amazing to the least. Due to office season, it felt like a private resort booking at an island where we enjoyed their delicious food, pool time and serene view of the lake. It truly felt like a lifetime experience where we could literally enjoy our private time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff service is commendable along with their behaviour. Pool was clean and without any swimwear policy. The garden and weather was just beautiful. Must visit for a couple or a small family for rejuvenation.

My recent stay at this resort with my family was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the resort was highly understaffed. The same person was responsible for preparing food, serving it, and attending to guests, which led to significant delays and poor service. The staff was also very rude, making us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the resort was another major issue. The pool was very unclean, and it was evident that proper maintenance was not a priority. Despite the resort advertising various water activities, none were available during our visit, which was a huge letdown for our family. Overall, this resort failed to meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made in staffing, service, and facility maintenance.

Awesome stay with awesome hospitality. Service of staff is very good, only thing is needed little bit more up-keeping of resort with more cleanliness and hygiene. Food quality also need little bit improvement. Overall it was a memorable experience.
