The caretaker, saraswati akka, is solely is the reason for 4 stars - extremely humble and helpful. She made us dinner both nights and took extremely good care of us. The house and surroundings are beautiful and good for the price. Its 3kms away from city centre. The only issue is the rooms are mouldy, so not great for people with allergies. Otherwise good stay for bachelors on budget.

Property is good and we went along with family it us a good place stay along with family but the thing is there construction is going on so that we unable to reach till the property 200m need to walk

Resort is good with nice hospitality and ambiance, One of the main issues is that one of the heaters in the bathroom was not working,, And everything is excellent in condition 👍👍👍

It was a pleasant place to stay. Decent stay at this price. There is no proper path way to reach house. Difficult to go with four wheeler

the place was really really good for the price. We got a place like a flat with 2 bedrooms and a big living room with sofas, dining table and a side bed(diwan. This place could've easily been sold for a much higher price if some things could be made better 1. Some of the walls were damp( silan) 2. The almira was very dirty. Totally unusable 3. No soap, water glasses provided. Even water was provided at night. But keeping these drawbacks aside, our stay was quite comfortable over there. Just a suggestion: if someone books a hotel, you could provide them with some tips for their trip through whatsapp. For example we didnt know that 1l bottles were not available in the whole town which created a problem as we had to carry 5l bisleri! it could really add up to the customer experience ) cheers.

Pro's: 1. Too much space for the paid rent. Had one room one big hall with enough windows. Excellent furniture amenities for a comfortable stay. Set-up is so good i didn't felt like leaving it. 2. Ample hot water all time with in-built geyser which we can use in our wish 3. Provided 50inch tv with setup box. Entire room setup is good cons: 1. No toiletries nothing provided rather than building furnitures and bedsheets. 2. Place is far inside from mainroad 3. Not at all advisable for aged people as steep staircase was there to reach the room 4. There is a big steep from mainroad to room-stay entrance which is a lot challenging to drive for amateur car and bike drivers. You may slip for sure if it's is raining at times. 5. I didn't asked for the food which they may charge extra but no shops nothing nearby to have food or tea. 6. Was ending up 1. 30 hours late for checkout bcoz of city traffic on sun-day and the house keeper lady was so rude on that by questioning us standing outside the premises which felt us redfaced. I don't want to spoil our holiday so i just left the premises. Would have paid something extra for those time if they asked but these are unavoidable circumstances one can understand as i don't want to justify being late there. If you want just a stay nothing more help you can surely have a happy stay with ample space but reaching the place through own vehicle is always a challenge.

The stay was good and comfortable. Wifi was there too and hot water facility was also provided. But there was no parking facility. The house is on the end of a road which starts with a downward slope and car sometimes cannot go down the slope. It was difficult

We were charged extra 300 rs per day for using the kitchen, the kitchen is a common kitchen 2 floors above. There was no heater at night and when we asked for that they for quoting 500 rs extra and additional 100 rs per day as power bill. Had language issue with care taker and maid. For everything you ask they simply escape saying either don't understand or not possible. The place is bit inside from the road and place.
