I recently stayed at crescent park in kodaikanal and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. First, the hot water was unreliable, which is quite inconvenient in a cold place like kodaikanal. It was either lukewarm or completely unavailable when we needed it. Additionally, breakfast service was frustrating. The breakfast time was set for 9:30 am, which is quite late, especially for guests who want to start their day early. There was no flexibility around this time, and it led to a delayed start to our plans every morning. The condition of the rooms was also below expectations. They were not well-maintained, and cleanliness was a big concern. For the price charged, i expected a much better experience. Overall, i would not recommend staying here unless they make significant improvements.
