As a loyal customer, i am disheartened to report this unsatisfactory experience. I was disappointed by this experience. Room was not cleaned no parking facilities dirty bedding and floor

Very bad. I booked the stay and also make payement. When i reach the accomedation in mid night they told room not available. It is very difficult to find other stay in mid night. So i can't trust

Room service people were friendly and helpful. Location is apt. Very near to most of the places. Cleanliness average. Wifi is there but signal is very poor. Hot water is available 24hrs.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Even the bedsheets are not cleaned properly. Mountain view is not there from the room but you will get it if you go outside of the room.

Good for stay. You should have your own vehicle otherwise you have to walk to and fro. Location is beautiful. They need little improve in bed sheets and blankets. Overall it was great stay.

It's worth for money, but I couldn't find the room easily so that, I tried to call the contact number which is mentioned but mobile number is switched off. Otherwise it's near to town.

The owner was like tell me in the morning if you want a bonfire. Man if i knew this scenario i would have told you. He doesn’t have wood with him. And secondly they say free work but you get no wifi in the second floor.

Tv connection is not available but tv available. Faceing network issues so provide wifi for your customers, then provide sample soap and shampoo

Suddenly my family planned a trip which would visit palani and kodaikanal. Because of the sudden plan, we booked a homestay at the last moment. We visited hill heaven to stay but my family members were not satisfied with the room. It is very small in size and neatness and also less.
