Very neat and spacious rooms. Restaurant and hot water available only for few hours in morning and evening and also wifi very poor

This property is good place for families to stay. The property is spacious and has a beautiful park within the campus for children's to play around. Ample parking space is also available.

The dirtiest room and the most uncomfortable foam bed you will get at this price, they offered paid tea and milk that gave me diareah see pics attached.

Room as such is very good and the locality is occupied with some flower garden. Issue is with the reception, they are not polite. Before room allotment staff should ensure all the equipment functionality, but they didnt. The room intercom not working, kettle mot having cap etc. And one more important thing is hot water is not available during our stay. Geyser is not functional kids really struggled to take shower. And team didnt respond in time.

Location of the property is good, room was spacious but not maintained well, there fungal stains over walls. Overall comfortable stay. No dental kit shampoo provided, only soap & towels were given. Given the price, these are basics to be included.

No hot water while checking in time @11am. No food facilities even coffee. Tea options too. Paying 16000 per day. No worth for our spendings

It was great stay in hotel cliffton. Staff were friendly. Awesome sit out inside the premise. Overall nice place to stay with kid, as they have green area and play area. 👍

Hotel ambience was good and rooms are all clean. Geyser was available 24/7. Additional room heaters were quiet expensive. Fire camp not allowed during my stay.

Good property but need some more staff and restaurant to make it more suitable for family. We were not allowed to check in time since earlier gates were not checked out as per the check out time. This was quite frustrating as we had to wait for 3 hours

Well maintained and recently well renovated rooms. Spacious room n car can park near to the room. Budget friendly. Breakfast is simple n tasty.best budget cleanest resort for family stay. Staffs are very friendly.gardens maintained well. Overall well satisfied because we are going to Kodaikānāl regularly more than 15 years so now we fixed this resort as a permanent one for our all trip Kodaikanal. 🙏💐💐💐🙏. Clifton resort managoand team keep up the good service . Stayed at Aug 15 2023.
