Terrible experience at Cokkers Tower Hotel, Kodaikanal. The facilities were extremely poor—no hot water, no soap, or towels provided. The floors were constantly wet, making it very difficult and unsafe to walk. Every complaint was met with excuses, and the food was pathetic and inedible. This hotel completely ruined our trip. Definitely not recommended for anyone!”

The location of the hotel is superb. You can witness a good sunrise from the hotel. Service was good, staff was friendly.

Rooms and outside of the room has foul-smelling no proper maintenance and no hospitality. Not worth for the money and if you request them for good food then you will get the average food. Campfire free of cost in other hotels but here they cost 2000 even though that is only for campfire no music system. Only one best thing is its near to bus stand and some of the tourist places

We couldn’t stay at the place . The hotel didn’t provide the room we booked instead they provided a different room . When asked about the same they weren’t even sure if the booking was there even after we called the hotel and confirmed the booking . The room was very filthy, there was a pungent smell in the room, when asked about it they sent somebody to clean the toilets. Would never recommend it to anybody. The person standing in the reception and the guys who showed me the room were really shady and goons.

Good location and nice staff behaviour food quality is good they are arranging sightseeing also near park and busstand 24 hr water heater ontime response.

Room was very small and unlike shown in pics. They didn't provide even bath towels or dental accessories. Water bottles were also not provided. Food was another disappointing experience. Not mamyboptions available and available items were tasteless. Charging 3000+ for such a room is not justifiable with such facilities. They're just taking advantage of location as it's very close to Tourist attractions.

The property is nicely managed and have excellent location. Most of the tourist places are placed at the walking distance from this hotel. Most important is, the restaurant serves decent food and there are plenty of food options around the hotel. Overall, our stay was value for money.

Bedsheet pillow cover are dirty and they don't provide bath towel, rooms and toilet are not clean overall staying is terrible.

Excellent location. Nice parking space. Rooms are cozy, compact, smelly, sticky floor, no toiletries, bathroom accessories broken, it’s ok to stay 1 night but in this cost you can get much better hotel in kodaikanal.

Location was fine. But rooms are terrible no ventilation, no proper lighting, water leakage from toilet. It's not worth for money. Don't waste time in this hotel.
