It was a nice stay. The hotel is very near to brynt park, coaker walk and appx 400 meters to bus stand and kodai lake. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, and hot water timing is fixed in the morning and evening. However, the hotel manager arranged hot water for us on arrival out of this time. Hotel, did not charge anything extra for our early arrival, by 1. 5 hours, than the booking time overall good experience.

No lift no lift, no dinning table, no toilet papers as describe only advantage is good location, rest is just like average hotel

We can find the location easily from bus stand. Hot water services is not provided full time and also water is mild hot only. If you going with kids it's very hard.

Hotel is nearby bus stand so it is easier to find the way by walk. Also got guidance from hotel service team. Room is very clean and safe. Service is very good. They arranged cap service for sightseeing that is much appreciated

I had visited this week to this cottage rooms are nice and have very beautiful view in rooftop. Rooms are clean and good washrooms are well maintened perfect for stay with family no disturbance but restaurants are not available during my stay in hotel. Hotel is accessible easy from bus stand walkable distance also near to bryant park, coakers walk. Overall experience is good

Stay was not upto the mark, the walls were leaking, the doors of the bathroom were in bad condition, one morning there was water all over the room due to the leakage from the wall, however the owner provided me with a new room on my complaint, but it should have been taken care of, there is no water available in the room, you have to fill it up from the reception, hot water is available only from 7 am to 7:30 am in the morning and evening, they say the timing is for one and a half hour but they shutdown the geyser or the boiler after 30 min, so if you want 1 more bucket of water you have to go and tell them to turn on the geyser, soap is not provided untill asked for, the mattress was very old and in a bad condition, overall an ok stay only if you are a solo traveller and looking for a very budget stay, not expect more than this otherwise you will be disappointed.

Worst hospitality by the hotel, i have never face such a worst check in my entire trip life, dont ever book this hotel, your tour mood will get spoil

Rooms are good. Virtually no service except water. No house keeping or cleaning staff. Change of bedsheets or towels on request only. Less than 100mtrs from coaker's walk andcbryant park. 200mtrs from kodai lake. 5min walk from bus stand. So only take a forest trip from here

Nice room. Bathroom also very clean. Overall, a good stay. It is near to kodaikanal lake and bus-stand so food and shopping is very easy.

Nice room. But the hotel manager was very rude. No hot water for 24/7. They didn't offer hot water even the climate was very cold. They supply only for 1 hr at morning and evening. No proper response.

It was a pleasant stay. Owner was very nice and handled things well. For example our room tv did not work and wifi also. He immediately helped changed to a different room. It was a new set up it seems. All were freshly painted and build.

Walkable distance only to bray-ant park, lake, c ockers walk, bus stand, good restaurants, atm, liquor shop etc. The problem i felt there is no lift in hotel. We have to use the steps & foul smell in bathroom. If we consider the location of hotel it's worth for money. I stayed 3 days with family.

Pros-standard room was comfortable, it was exactly the same as shown while booking. Walkable distance from the bus stand and adjacent to coaker's walk. Cons- upon arrival, we were told makemytrip did not update the owner about our booking, but the lodge owner was too humble to provide us the room immediately upon seeing the booking. 4. 5/5.

I stayed in room number 103 & 104. 104 looks good but 103 is average. The place located is good where very much misty & cloudy which is awesome climate but the room service options needs to be improved. There is no much room service where you have to go for anything an have to buy on your own. Otherwise it’s a decent stay.
