The property is located in a scenic location with a forest view. The management is friendly and the hospitality is good. The breakfast buffet is tasty with South Indian dishes. The suite room is big enough for a family of 4. However, the hygiene needs improvement as the floor and cupboards were dusty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The standard of amenities is poor quality compared to other properties in the same range. The most expensive room was a complete disappointment. The property has a magnificent view towards the misty forest region. The property has a park and volleyball play yard but needs maintenance. The property is approachable and has good parking. The rooms are good and neat but could have an electric kettle considering the cold temperature. The property has an excellent room at the terrace with a separate sit-out for each room. The greenery is well-maintained with a lot of flowers in the premises.
