An excellent property for family vacation and recreation at affordable prices in kodai. Some of the rooms in the main building are unkempt, unclean. Hot water availability is limited. It's always better to book directly to get better rooms with a view.

The rooms were neat n tidy. The staffs were good n friendly. We expected a room heater due to cold conditions but it wasn't. The place is quite good n accessible to the main centre hardly 15 mins by walk.

Staff are good. You can’t call the dining area as a restaurant, it is a cafeteria no space, no ambiance & less food options for breakfast. You have got a good property please maintain it properly, toilets can be upgraded it still looks old. Less parking space.

We came as a family and we really enjoyed our staying here. Well maintained play areas for kids and amazing complimentary food service in the morning. Definitely would recommend this place

Excellent resort. Heritage looks. Nice hosting. Rooms are fantastic and antic look. Fun zone, kids zone, gardens and cafeteria are beautiful.

Bathroom comode was not clean had to get it clean after checking in. Food quality is poor in comparison to price e gt-hey charge. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone

Rooms are small and feels like con-jested and no ventilation in the room, so smelly room. Dining and playing area are also very small. Old interior and not well maintained

Old property and need more maintenance on play areas and activity areas outside room. Good staffs and restaurant with limited timing. Rooms can be more bigger based on the tariff.

The location of hotel was good. But the hotel looks quite old, the furnishings are not maintained. The garden area is good. The staffs are responsive but they don’t know other languages then tamil. Inter com, tv not working, the staff not taking care of it. Overall stay was good the price could be of cheaper

Rooms were suffocating without ventilation. We didnt occupied it and moved out. Please work on this and improve. Unfortunately i had booked this room on non refundable basis and lost money.

The place was clean but outdated. Room was tiny with hardly any space to move. Most of the amenities spoken of like bonfire were not to be found

We have stayed for two days at pine borough inn and had a great time there. Especially our kids enjoyed a lot at playarea. I personally loved the ambience, the way they maintained the hotel with simple and little things, the greenery, the cute little quotes on the walls. The staff also very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend to stay here.
