Very spacious rooms with balcony. Bathrooms are clean and spacious too. Tea and coffee are available any time. Breakfast is available on demand. Hot water is available only from 7am-10am in a day. Overall a very happy stay for three days. The host yoganand sir is very kind and helpful. Parking is available. Nearby few small restaurants are available for getting breakfast. Zomato/swiggy delivers but depends on the weather.

Hotel owner was not flexible at all regarding check in and checkout timing, even started shouting. Overall my experience was quite average regarding the stay.

The rooms are very neat. Its a prper home stay though the rooms have a hotel lay out. The owner stays up. He runs the place. They are very friendly. One can stay here without any fear. They have female staff as well. We dint get hot water in the night which became a bit of a problem. Hot water runs from 7. 30 to 10 which i personally find a bit problematic. We dint get break fast since the cook was on leave. But got a coffee which tasted heavenly.

The rooms were clean and the location was awesome. You can view the entire kodaikanal and the hills. From the balcony. The owner mr yoganand is a gem of a person. Our check out time is 10am, and bus time is 7pm, he gave us room after our sight seeing for refreshing before travel without any charge. As the cook was not available food is not available there but there are some restaurants nearby where you can get food easily. Tea and coffee available at the home stay.

Place is actually family only, we were bachelors but the owner made an exception as we had informed prior coming there. Excellent, clean and scenic stay approx 2km from lake. If you are bachelor's then please go elsewhere as they have a clear policy, i just don't want us to create a chain of encouraging others to break their policy if no choice and already booked, please call the owner and inform and while there be respectful of other guests and keep the noise levels down

Located in 2 km radius of kodaikanal bus stand. Room is as good as new and all basic amenities provided (geyser, wifi, table, chair etc) but there was no fan, seems like most of the hotels in kodaikanal lack this. The owner and staff are very decent and kind. Only breakfast is available here, for lunch/dinner, need to order online (zomato available. Suggestion: 1. The bathroom window is bit low, needs a curtain. 2. Geyser should be 24*7 ( available from 7-10am)

Hotel room is good but we are dissatisfied in some points like. *there is only one bathing towel provided in family room * there is no sanitizer or hand wash in the room * lunch and dinner is not provided * we were not given any receipt for the breakfast charge which was put on us. And also there was no intimation about breakfast charge at the time of checkin * hot water is not really hot. We faced much problem with gieser malfunction * no telugu channels in tv
