Hotel kohinoor square is an excellent choice for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in kolhapur, especially for a quick religious trip. Here's a detailed review of our experience: location: the hotel is situated in a prime location, near the railway station and bus stop, making it easily accessible. Being on the main street, finding an auto to visit the mahalakshmi temple or other local attractions is very convenient. Accommodation: our stay was made even better by a free room upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable and spacious, making it ideal for a family stay. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. Amenities and parking: the hotel offers good parking facilities and even provides a charging point for electric vehicles, which is a thoughtful addition. The parking security guard was extremely helpful and guided us well during our arrival and departure. Food and dining: the food served was decent, though there is room for improvement, especially in terms of breakfast options. Adding more variety would enhance the dining experience. Service: the service at hotel kohinoor square was remarkable. A special mention to the mute service staff member who provided excellent service with a smile, ensuring our comfort during our stay. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Overall experience: the hotel offers great value for money and is a wonderful choice for families visiting kolhapur for a short religious trip. With a little attention to bathroom cleanliness and dining options, the experience could be even better. Location is good but service is not

Hotel location is good. We were 3 adults. But our experience about room no 204 is not so good. There is no hot running water is available from 3rd dc afternoon, on 4 th dc morning around 6:45/7 am called for room service but nobody picked up the phone & afterwards one person visited & said that keep tap open for some time & wait for hot water but attempt was failed. Till 7:30 we wait and then shared 202 bathroom ( already booked by us only. After sharing this experience to reception person - said i will check - which is not expected. Even in morning nearly till 8:30am breakfast was not available & nobody was available to check & answer - which is not good for customer service.

We had such a good warm experience in this hotel. They gave us comfortable and clean room and the staff was helpful at all times. The hotel is located close to the railway station too.

Kohinoor square is located in very busy dabholkar squre with heavy traffic. Easy to locate but needs some negotiation to tackle the oneways to reach the venue. Rooms and toilets seem renovated and very clean. Room services (food services ) were defunct. Had to go out for food. On positive side there are multiple food options within 100 meters. Overall very clean rooms. Suggested for family stay.

The hotel is quite old and lacks tideness, however room size is quite big. Breakfast is way below average, taste and quality is lacking, variety is very less, no specific items for kids. Overall hygiene of hotel needs to improved.
