Hotel staff behaviour good but they not give any service ex. Water, breakfast, may be they give water bottle only, but they told we want give compliment like water and dinner, and hotel cleaning not good,

The washroom was not neat, the washbasin was clogging, inside of the cupboard was very unclean, the blankets had holes in it

Ocation is good we have never eat food in hotel landmark rooms are good, service is good. They have not four wheeler parking

The hotel is at very good location. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. We have very much enjoyed our stay. The manager and staff are good. We have asked for hot water at 4 and they have turned on the geyser for that. We also extended our stay which was accommodated as well. We asked to change the ac room to a non ac room. They just turned off the ac and didn't charge us for it. Overall it was comfortable. I recommend.

Neat and clean. Very pleasant stay. Staff is also very supportive located at central place and very near to kolhapur railway-station and central bus depo and private bus stand.

Room was neat and clean. Staff is very polite. Location is near to kolhapur station at walking distance of maximum 20 minutes. I felt the need of wiper in bathroom and some arrangement for airing the washed clothes in sun. One issue i want to share that mybtrain in kohlapur arrives at 3 pm so i need the check in timings starts from 3pm and so accordingly check out time. Therefore if an option for the same is made i would appreciate and be grateful. Finally it was good and would like to be stay there again for my next trip in future.

Nice hotel with supporting staff, budget friendly stay. You can stay with your friends and family also.

No arrangement of setting water temperature in the bathroom.

There was no arrangement of setting water temperature in the bathroom. On top of that when i told at hotel reception in the morning for hot water. They said it will be done in some time and you please go and check. I was waiting from half an hour but there was no sign of hot water in the bathroom. Eventually i used tap water only in the early morning around 4 am. Bathroom was also not very cleaned. This hotel even don't have the parking space also. Not recommended to visit this place for a comfortable stay.

First i call the hotel member and talk the directions for the your hotel, after that he share the to me hotel location and we go for the hotel, hotel is very neat and clean, rooms are very large and clean.
