Terrible Stay

AC was not working while entry. Tried to repair up to 11.30 and then 12.30 midnight. Unable to sleep 1st day. Room shifted yet having new painted, so allover paint smell, again unable to sleep. Overall not good experience 😕. No daily cleaning, water provided.

I observed and suggest few changes in hotel. Before check in hotel mgmt must check bathroom accessories tv channel working / cleaning and of-course hygiene of premises. I use to stay in hotel but this time average experience

Bad room

The room was smelling bad and there were blood u stains on the wall everywhere. The mattress and sheets were smelly. We left within 5 hrs of checking in because the same. We were travel-ling with an infant and a pet hence booked this hotel among the pet friendly ones but the stay was very uncomfortable. The staff was good and helpful but that doesn't make up for poor maintenance.

For us, it was a business trip and we had comfortable stay in the hotel. Hotel staff was co-operating and friendly. Clean washrooms and ample water.
