I am on a wheelchair and the room allotted to me was wheelchair friendly. Room was very neat and clean. The rooftop restaurant was awesome. Overall it's very pleasant stay.

Room was good. During our stay of 2 days, lift was under repair and guests were forced to use service lift. Pretty bad and delay. Food was good.

Very clean hotel and staff has also been polite. Services and manager and other employees are also helpful. During breakfast whatever instructions have given it followed by the staff.

Not upto the mark, old property, staff was polite and co-operative, but management needs really work on infra, tv unit in hallway was not working, phone also not working. Lift was not working during night time and has to use service lift. Overall not worthy considering the charges paid.

Room was clean. Room was cleaned everyday also. Bodycare and hair care products provided were good quality. T hotel staff helped us with multiple queries and provided iron box and extra mattress when we required it.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Service quality was very good. The staff went out of the way to ensure our comfort finding us senior citizens and were polite and courtious. Food, amenities, and services were excellent.

Room was clean and well maintained. Bathroom were clean. This hotel also in main city so everything is easily accessible. They also have sufficient parking space. Hotel has 2 restaurant also so you don’t have to go anywhere for food.

The services are very very bad. We had to call 3-4 times, escalate to get tea by in room dining and towels from house keeping. Although food was good, service has to improve.
