The location is good near new town bus stop but the size of the hotel room and washroom is a bit small but the behavior of the hotel staff is also good

Check in and check out process were smooth. This hotel and rooms were clean. Staff behavior was good. All the facilities amenities were working fine. Food quality is okay there is lot of room for improvement.

The hotel staff is very cooperative but service is bit poor. Plus 90% of the food menu is unavailable. Rooms are bit small.

In 4th floor wifi is not working, so make sure when u go for this hotel for official purpose then u have to choose 2nd or 3rd floor rooms

We arrived the property late at 1145 pm to be told that rooms are not available. Even though we had visited at 2pm in the afternoon. After a lot of altercation rooms were given.

The staff is completely insane. Food provided was extremely bad. The room had broken bed, broken washroom door and faulty tv.
