Terrible Stay

The staffs were very rude. They didn't have basic amenities like umbrella. Took like forever for room service. Told for room service at 1 pm but was done at 3 pm. Also didn't provide the bill in desired format required for ta bill claim in my organisation.

Horrible experience

The rooms feel suffocating the check in staff unpleasant she told me go to your room i had to ask her about my luggage she wanted to quote price of room to next customer and just was rude and curt and trying to chase me away immediately. After all the reviews the food was the most horrible butter chicken for a buffet of 1000 per pax plus taxes i feel cheated the buffet choices are extremely limited so is the a la carte menu and food horrible tasting and pretty to look at i hardly review hotels but this hotel is a let down not worth the rates they are charging i even checked out from the hotel after dinner instead of staying there

Hotel ambience and rooms are good. Housekeeping and room services are pathetic. Poor response from room service. Don't listen to customers. Food quality is also poor.

Excellent Stay

The property had an excellent vibe starting from the reception till the lobby of the room. The room had all amenities promised by the hotel, and also the front desk was always happy to help on a call. Just a miss i guess was a smart tv in this generation otherwise it was an excellent stay and would keep coming back.

place us good, food is good, staff is helpful, processes can be improved twin beds are not separate from each other, they are just 2 mattresses on same bed. only you get 2 comforters

The food, the bar, the hotel…everything is excellent…enjoyed my stay..I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staffs, who were very courteous and joyful…their smiling face added a homely feeling and also greatly eased my tiredness from long travel…the hotel room and bathroom was also neatly kept…everything up to the mark…i could even smoke in a designted area showed to me by the hotel staffs..everyone staff in the hotel were very friendly and i really enjoyed my stay there…the whole hotel and rooms were neatly maintained…the foods were delicious and the bar owesome..
