Definitely not worth the money. The rooms are dirty, and the food is terrible. There are cobwebs in the reception area, giving the place a haunted vibe. I wonder why is it even listed in mmt.

When i entered the hotel with my 8 year old daughter i was asked to pay extra for 1 hour early check in 700- rs. All staff staring at us.

It is a one in a lifetime experience because no one in their right mind would do it again. Supremely overpriced for the squalid rooms and lack of amenities.

Location of the property is excellent. Food is ordinary. Nothing worth mentioning. Amenities at the hotel is in very poor condition as the hotel is in very bad shape due to its old structure. Rooms are clean but overall condition is not in good shape. No proper lighting arrangement as there is no false ceiling in the room. No night lamps. Bathroom are clean but in very old model. Services are pathetic. No one on the floor to take your call. Phone in the room not working. For any work, you have to come down stairs at reception from your floor.

Worst service. Cattle not provided. Hot water provided in morning that too dirty. Behavior of night duty person was so rude

It is very very bad, dirty n terrible and i did not stayed there. I checked in n after having seen room i checked out. Money went waste. Would you refund/adjust money paid by me for booking as i am very old customer otherwise i wi stop to use makemytrip. Please ask you e xecutive to talk.

I found this property through mmt. We had a good experience during our stay at broadway hotel. For us the old age of the hotel was a special attraction. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Howrah railway station, established markets and tourist places are also in close proximity to the property. Overall a satisfactory experience !

Iconic old hotel with high ceilings. Nice comfy only drawback was the room was close to the road so high traffic volumes

Nice and big rooms, nice view of central kolkata highrises. Location is very convenient as you can access metro services just across the hotel.

Hotel's central location is an advantage. Property needs refurbishing. Staff behaviour and service excellent. Food quality good, pricing needs revision downward.

My room was above the kitchen and was noisy until 10 PM because of the exhaust. Otherwise it was clean and spacious with helpful staff. Would like to mention that since check-in time was at 2 PM and I had a workshop to attend during the day, I tried to check-in earlier with my luggage. But the young person at the reception insisted that I come at 2 PM to reserve me room. He said that I would lose my reservation if I arrived late.
