It's a very beautiful and clean hotel. Services are more like a 5 star property. Dinner was very delicious. Clean washrooms. Receptionist, security and room service guys are very professionals. It was a very good stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We booked 3 rooms. There was no running water in 2 of the rooms and even after complaining, nothing was done by the hotel staff.

The hotel location is nice, only 2 minutes walk from gariahat market but its inside so its not noisy. The staffs are very friendly and polite, from security to fnb, houskeeping staffs. Overall its a good value for r money.

I find this property on Google and it is situated Keyatala road at near to Gariahat market.The rooms are very cleaned well decorated and distributed.The room I booked was little bit small spaced but it was good.Specially the staff behaviour is highly *appreciated nutshell,it was really good experience.

The hotel is located at a great spot. Just 100 m away from golpark. Please of restaurants, laundry, local transportation, uber is available around it almost round the clock.

This was my second visit. Everything was fine but there 2-3 cockroaches in the room. I ordered plain daal, steamed rice and chicken curry, they tasted quiet good. The hotel is near by some very popular eateries and durga puja celebrations.

I had picked this hotel just because of it's vicinity to gariahat market, which is only a few minutes walk away. The hotel is located in a calm residential area, with few restaurants located nearby. Other than it's location there is probably nothing good about the hotel. The lift was not working. Room was ultra small (the 100sq ft mentioned in room size is including its bathroom, so you would literally have zero space inside the room. The most you can do is open the door and jump on the bed. Bathroom was stinking as if sewage water was flowing around. We somehow managed to live in the room, as we had mostly remained outside for shopping. Overall this property is a lodge with a hefty price tag.
