The hotel stay was below average and disappointing. The room was extremely small and felt very cramped, making it uncomfortable to relax. The shower was not functioning properly, which was a major inconvenience during the stay. Additionally, the strict policy of not allowing outside food was frustrating, especially since the in-house dining options were limited. Overall, the experience didn’t meet basic expectations, and i wouldn’t recommend this place unless improvements are made.

Nice, clean rooms and polite staff. I had a comfortable stay with great value for money. This place is highly recommended for a quick stay.

Rooms and corridors were too untidy, lights were very dim, water linkage at washroom, towels were smelling badly and many more as small complains.

Worst experience. In return to 1800 per night they have provided a small room. Bathroom is also 2. 5 ft wide. No space for bathing. No higiene. Waste of money.

Don't expect something great, except for the wonderful location and cleanliness. Recommended for travellers without much luggage as the rooms are quite small. The employees are polite and well-behaved.

I extended my stay at the hotel by one day as it's located in the heart of the city making it convenient to go to all important places. The staff are polite and well-behaved.

Hotel should focus more on overall cleanliness.

Very small room with a smaller washroom. No table for having food. Also, no space to move at all. I felt like it's a polished jail. You can not move a inch in the room as well as the washroom. Although the staff was good.

Booked double bed room but very small unclean room . Very small bathroom can't even take Bath properly . Just pathetic property . The staff was extremely non cooperative . Don't go through the name and the pics they have shown in google. Not worthable to stay specially couple.

Harrowing Experience

The staff was extremely non cooperative as my friend didn't have ID proof from another state. Not at all couple friendly. Also they communicated certain policies which left us feeling harassed. Same city couples are not allowed, but that was subjected to the hotel. They clearly didn't mention that they "WILL NOT" allow same city couples. They said "the hotel reserves the right to let us stay or not". They communicated that if MMT sent an official mail, they would allow us. I called MMT and their customer executive said they will get back to the hotel in 10 mins. They didn't. I was left perturbed by then. Also the hotel said we will not be responsible if we indulge in 'CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES'. I was already disturbed by then and wanted to leave. When MMT finally called the hotelier, the receptionist gave them a completely different version. I had never ever faced this. I was made to feel that I am at their mercy and they are doing us a favour after having paid the full amount. They are not even considering refunding the money. Please note that we had all the proofs in the world to validate that we exist from the planet Earth. But I guess this hotel has a completely different idea of couples. Please never visit this place.

For a double bed the room was too small. The bed basically occupied the whole room. Not much space was left. Even the bathroom was the size of a small corridor. No space to manoeuvre even for a single person. Food was also not that good. Its better and cheaper to eat outside. As far as the staff were concerned, they were very professional and helpful. My advice go for the premium rooms
