Average it was. No proper restaurants around. Have to depend on swiggy or zomato. Wifi and water is provided. You get coffee and tea bags and a electric kettle. So it can come handy. Guards were somewhat rude

The room is very clean spacious rooms polite staff many times we see smoking smell is all over there hotel but here it was not the case. Overall ambience is good

Property is at 1. 3 kms from sealdah railway station and easily accessible. Staffs are very helpful l and provide all needs including food.

Not maintained hygiene. Room condition is not acceptable by paying the amount. Lift condition is horrible, it may cause major incidents of not maintained. Staff's behaviour is not good. Overall very bad experience.

The room size is very small.

Receptionist was very rude, no ac was working in any room and no support from the hotel staffs very line-ant behaviour out there.

Very good. Tourist places are near this hotel. Nearest bus stand is raja bazar bus stand. Sealdah railway station is nearest.

All things goods but cleaning services bad(nobody come after call for cleaning) also room provided with broken lock(washroom) privacy issues face also here(3rd floor)
