Hotel is very cheap. Not as shown in pictures. Very difficult to find, there’s no board with sign outside of property. I’ll not recommend anyone to stay.

I recently stayed at hotel ullash residency and had a good experience. The hotel's amenities were satisfactory, and the overall atmosphere was akright. Mr. Biltu's service, however, was truly exceptional. His attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay significantly enhanced my visit. I appreciate mr. Biltu's excellent service and would rate my overall experience as good.

First of all there is no sign board of the hotel outside as shown in the image which is misleading. When i asked the care taker he explained by telling that it’s not a hotel or there is no permit for hotel in these areas so they can’t display but at the reception desk it is written as fab hotels. When i reached at 10. 45 pm there was no room service so u can’t get food. They only provide breakfast which was good but not buffe. Rooms were clean but small in size
